We offer services to design and host memorial web pages. Depending on the chosen plan, users can submit photos, text, recordings and short videos to be included on these pages.

- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and rights to use the content you submit.
- You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. This includes content that promotes hatred, makes threats, is obscene or explicit, pornographic or encourages violence.

Should the readmystory.com.au website cease operation before the 10-year period, users will have the option to redirect their assigned QR code. This redirection feature enables users to modify the URL linked to the QR code, allowing web page visitors to be directed to a new page, which will be managed and maintained by the user. Should the readmystory.com.au website remain operational beyond the initial 10-year period, users will have the opportunity to renew their subscription by paying the applicable fee at that time.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Australian consumer law.
