Depending on your package, tribute pages can include biographies, photo galleries, videos, audio recordings, timelines and other meaningful memories. Please refer to the package details for inclusions and content limits.
How do I provide my photos, stories and videos?
After your order is received, we will send you a secure upload link where you can upload your photos, stories, videos and other content. Each package includes a maximum number of photos and media items, so please refer to the package details before submitting your content.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is received, we will contact you within two business days and provide a secure upload link for your content. After we receive all required information, we will create your personalised tribute page and send it to you for review before it is published.
How long does it take to create my tribute page?
The time required to create your tribute page depends on how quickly all required content is received and the amount of material provided. Once we have everything we need, we will begin building your personalised tribute page.
Can I update the tribute page later?
Yes. Your tribute page can be updated at any time. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature and extent of the changes requested.

Your QR code medallion will be sent via Australia Post Express Post, and tracking details will be provided once it has been dispatched.
